Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory experience in retail/financial services preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to coach and develop a team.
• Experience with POS and standard office software; reliable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve performance standards and drive revenue.
