The role requires a High School Diploma with supervisory experience in retail or financial services, plus strong communication skills. You will oversee training, security, cash handling, and compliance while maintaining a professional store

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years in a supervisory role in retail or financial services.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop store team to meet performance targets.
• Train staff on policies, compliance, and processes.
• Drive sales through loans/pawns and partnerships with local businesses.
• Ensure cash management and loss prevention controls.
