Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in West Covina, CA to lead daily store operations and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee staffing, training, and execution of merchandising standards while ensuring fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, supporting the Store Manager, protecting assets, and driving KPI targets across sales, shrink, and customer experience.

• Ability to manage scheduling and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty to resolve issues when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store personnel using LIDS training programs.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and adherence to policy.
• Drive KPI targets and customer service excellence.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, and inventory control.
