Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach and supervise team members, uphold brand standards, and ensure efficient store performance across all metrics.

In this role you will partner with the Store Manager, manage scheduling and trainings, handle cash and inventory, and maintain pristine visuals and customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling and customer issues.
