Lids in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise staff, ensure proper merchandising, and uphold Lids’ standards while working closely with the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining POS systems, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling and customer issues when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS programs and set goals.
• Recruit and onboard store personnel; uphold company policies.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to brand standards.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and store operations during shifts.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily till procedures.
• Execute merchandising and inventory control tasks.
