Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in California to lead store operations and drive excellent customer experiences. The role focuses on coaching staff, managing schedules, and ensuring high standards of service and appearance in-store.

You will work under the Store Manager, leveraging Lids training programs and policies to develop a cohesive team, optimize product placement, and maintain daily cash handling and POS processes.

• Ability to schedule staff, train employees, and uphold company standards.
• Hands-on approach to merchandising, store operations, and daily cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations and selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and training for store team.
• Maintain store appearance, signage, and merchandising per guidelines.
• Oversee cash handling, till opening/closing, and POS procedures.
• Support inventory control and product availability to maximize sell-through.
