Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Milpitas, CA. You will drive sales, coach the team, and ensure superior customer experiences while upholding brand standards and store policies.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, cash handling, inventory control, and visual merchandising to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Prior leadership in retail is preferred, with a focus on teamwork and accountability.
