Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate store tasks as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Drive in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals and direction for the team.
• Prepare opening/closing routines and handle deposits and shipments.
• Create genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, displays, and marketing placement.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain store appearance.
