Bath & Body Works in California is hiring a Key Holder to support achieving sales plans through effective store execution and outstanding customer service. You will be a frontline leader, coaching team members and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

As a key holder, you will manage opening/closing routines and help maintain product knowledge and store standards that elevate the guest experience. This position requires flexibility and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Customer-first retail mindset required.
• Proven sales, customer experience and operations results.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer issues.
• Flexible to varying shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty delivering store operations solutions.
• Provide performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with strong product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategy.
• Set daily/shift goals when associates arrive.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and disseminate directives.
• Create connections with customers through uncovering needs and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, window changes, and marketing placements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Lift/move products; capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
