Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift for associates.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and disseminating company directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean, engaging store environment.
