Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled and address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Guide in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategy.
• Set daily/shift direction and goals for the team.
• Complete opening/closing routines including deposits and merch handling.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, window changes, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engaging store environment.
• Assist in moving products and stock to meet customer demand.
