Kate Spade New York at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets is seeking an Associate Store Leader to drive store performance through exemplary leadership, clienteling, and omni-channel initiatives. You will coach a high-performing team, elevate service standards, and ensure brand-consistent experiences for every guest.

In this role you will forecast sales, manage schedules and payroll, collaborate with visual, HR and merchandising teams, and uphold loss prevention and safety standards while delivering

Formación

• 3+ years of store leadership in retail or service.
• Luxury/premium retail experience preferred.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Model service behaviors and selling standards to deliver a premium client experience.
• Drive clienteling and omni-channel strategies with CRM/client book usage.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Forecast, plan, and deliver against sales and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (visual, operations, HR, merchandising, marketing).
• Oversee opening/closing routines, cash handling, and security.
