Kate Spade New York is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader in driving productivity, profitability, and an inclusive, high-energy selling culture. You will lead clienteling, elevate omni-channel service, and coach a diverse team to meet KPIs across traffic, conversion, and AUR.

The role requires 2+ years in retail management, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with retail systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with retail systems.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Model service behaviors and leadership on the sales floor.
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling; manage clienteling and loyalty programs.
• Lead and coach team; recruit, onboard and develop talent.
• Own store sales plans, forecasts and performance across channels.
• Maintain brand standards and store visuals; manage opening/closing and loss prevention.
