You will recruit, onboard, train, and coach a diverse team, manage scheduling and payroll within budget, and ensure visual brand standards across the store while maintaining an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of store leadership in retail or luxury.
• Proven sales leadership, coaching, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).

Responsibilities

• Model service behaviors and selling standards to deliver premium client experiences.
• Drive clienteling and omni-channel strategies with CRM client books and proactive outreach.
• Empower the team to resolve customer issues swiftly and leverage social selling programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast, plan, and deliver against sales goals.
