Responsibilities

• Model service behaviors and selling standards to deliver premium client experiences.
• Drive clienteling and omni-channel strategies; manage CRM/client book usage and KPIs.
• Coach and develop team; recruit, onboard, and motivate staff; conduct regular evaluations.
• Own store financial performance via forecasting, planning, and achieving sales/productivity goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand and store initiatives.
