Job summary

Bath & Body Works in the United States is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks. You’ll be a frontline leader, driving customer-focused selling and brand representation.

You will coach associates, manage daily goals, and uphold store policies while delivering a safe, engaging shopper experience across peak periods. This role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and disseminate company directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demos, and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting.
• Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
• Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.
