Job summary

Bath & Body Works in the United States is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans and ensure smooth store operations. You’ll be a brand ambassador who drives customer experiences and leads by example on the shop floor.

You will assist with opening/closing routines, coaching teammates, and maintaining store standards while upholding Our Values. This role requires flexibility for peak days and a focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and store appearance by following standards.
