Responsibilities include acting as Manager on Duty, coaching teams, driving in-store experiences, and executing opening/closing routines while upholding safety and brand standards.

• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift directions and goals; perform opening/closing routines.
