Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks delegated by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver outstanding in-store experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily goals and direct the team during shifts.
• Perform opening/closing duties and handle deposits and shipments.
• Build connections with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
