Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Display knowledge of policies and store strategies.
• Set direction for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Perform opening/closing routines including deposits and shipments.
• Create connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, visual presentation and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and store appearance.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
