Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled and address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the daily direction and goals for the shift when associates arrive.
• Execute opening/closing routines, bank deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Create genuine customer connections through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement.
