Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Manager In Training to learn day-to-day store leadership at our Turkey Hill location. You will spend time with Training Managers and Supervising Managers during official weeks, rotating shifts to learn store operations, team development, and guest service principles.

Upon completion, you join the bench leadership team, taking on store leadership responsibilities and coverage during absences. Growth opportunities are available within the Cumberland Farms network.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor; keep stock 100% in-stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, & food safety programs.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
