Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking energetic retail leaders for a Managers In Training program to learn how to run a Cumberland Farms convenience store location, supported by our seasoned leaders.

You'll train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, covering staffing, customer service, merchandising, and store operations, with a pathway to bench leadership. The role offers full-time hours, growth opportunities across 1500+ sites, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional Customer Service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching, and goal setting.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure 100% in-stock status.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations with hot food.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, including coffee station and restrooms, delegating tasks as needed.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support Store Manager on food service operation.
