Cumberland Farms is seeking energetic leaders for a Managers In Training program across our convenience store locations. You will learn day-to-day operations, guest service excellence, and people leadership from seasoned managers, gaining hands-on supervision experience and exposure to vendors and store teams.

As part of the training, you’ll rotate through shifts, work with Training and Supervising Managers, and gradually join our bench leadership to cover gaps when needed.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in retail or food experience.
• Leadership experience in retail, guest service or food service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are in stock across the store.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and oversee coffee and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store operations.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager in responsibilities as needed.
