Cumberland Farms is seeking a proactive Manager In Training to support the Store Manager and build a high-performing team. You will participate in training, supervise shifts, and help ensure guest satisfaction across daily operations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining stock, and upholding food safety standards. This role offers full-time hours, tuition and benefits, and growth opportunities across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred: ServSafe / Food Safety certification.
• Experience in retail, guest service or restaurant leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor product levels and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee food safety, merchandising, and quality control in hot-food locations.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store operations.
