Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is looking for an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, recruit Teammates, and train and motivate others.

This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher duties as you grow. Compensation includes a pay range of $20-$25/hr plus a 3% commission on sales for Teammates.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and articulate features to Guests.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and deliver legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise; assist guests in locating items.
• Lead by example in sales and presentation; assist with recruiting and training Teammates.
• Share responsibility for training Teammates and act as Store Manager in absence.
