Job summary

Buckle is hiring an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. This role involves a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks under store management, including cashiering, display pulls, and routine cleaning.

The position supports working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership, with training responsibilities and progression from AIT

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service across the store.
• Perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks such as cashiering, display pulls, and routine cleaning as directed by management.
• Partner with Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership, with training responsibility.
• Assist Store Manager in training Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence, progression from AIT to Assistant Manager.
