The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and lead Teammates, manage merchandise and sales, and uphold Buckle’s customer-service standards. The role advances from AIT to Assistant Manager, with higher responsibilities, including leadership duties when the Store Manager is absent, and ongoing store operations support.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting and developing Teammates; train and motivate staff; act as Store Manager in their absence as needed.
• Lead by example with showmanship, customer service, and leadership in daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store aligned with Buckle standards.
