Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead sales, merchandising, and daily operations. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership across the store.

This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with increased responsibilities. You will train and motivate Teammates, ensure excellent guest service, and manage tasks such as cashiering, merchandise displays, and routine store upkeep in
