The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead sales, merchandising and operations. You will partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and motivate Teammates, and to act as Store Manager in their absence. The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with added high level duties.

The position emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and achieving sales goals while maintaining store standards and procedures across all departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and train Teammates.

Responsabilités

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: provide legendary service, assist guests, and meet sales goals.
• Teammate Recruiting, Training and Development: recruit, coach, and develop new Teammates.
• Visual Merchandise Management: maintain and improve store visuals and merchandising standards.
• Operations: manage opening/closing, loss prevention and policy adherence.
• Supervisory and Leadership: conduct interviews, delegate tasks, and lead by example.
• Education And/or Experience: ensure team readiness and performance standards.
