The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will assist in sales, merchandising, and operations, participate in recruiting Teammates, and help train and motivate the team. The AIT progression leads to an Assistant Manager role with higher responsibilities, while sharing duties across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise and help locate items.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Lead by example with showmanship and excellent customer service.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment of all store staffing needs and in training Teammates.
• Train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
