The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and train Teammates, and provide leadership.

The AIT position progresses into higher duties, including acting as Store Manager in their absence. You will contribute to merchandising, cashiering, and routine store operations while upholding
