Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant In Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead guest service and store operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and develop Teammates, drive sales, and ensure exceptional shopping experiences. The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, with responsibilities expanding to high‑level leadership, training, and coverage in the Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, or 1–3 months of related retail experience.
• Willingness to relocate if needed and travel within district.
• No visa sponsorship is available for this position.

• Greet Guests with friendly, engaging service and help locate products.
• Lead and train Teammates; conduct interviews to support Team development.
• Own visual zones, maintain standards, and manage merchandise presentation.
