lululemon Athletica is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor and develop team members while ensuring a high‑quality guest experience. You will drive store culture, coach staff, and support store leadership in delivering company values daily.

The role focuses on inclusivity, performance feedback, and managing operations, with strong emphasis on hiring, training, and ensuring consistent guest service across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or equivalent (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team on the sales floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support Store Manager in hiring and building a strong team that drives results.
• Open/close store operations, manage scheduling and budget responsibilities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and guest service.
