lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to join our store leadership team. You will lead from the floor, develop team members, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment that aligns with our values and guest-first approach.

You will partner with the Store Manager on hiring, coaching, and performance, while delivering outstanding guest experiences, managing operations, and helping drive sales through people development and strategic action.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience in operations and store leadership.
• Experience delivering exceptional guest experiences and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to develop and empower team members while upholding store standards.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful environment and provide direct feedback and coaching.
• Support Store Manager in hiring and building a diverse, high-performing team.
• Ensure excellent guest experiences and address guest feedback on the floor.
• Collaborate with managers to review store data to inform planning and operations.
