Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to develop team members and ensure quality guest experience.
• Drive inclusive environment, feedback, coaching, and performance management.
• Partner with Store Manager on hiring and building a diverse team.
• Oversee scheduling, operations, and product presentation on the floor.
• Monitor store metrics and collaborate on planning and hiring strategies.
• Open/close the store following procedures and uphold safety policies.
• Manage budget and labor hours within delegated responsibilities.
• Directly supervise subset of store employees as assigned.
