Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor, coach team members, and build a culture of belonging. You will partner with the Store Manager on hiring, development, and performance management while delivering outstanding guest experiences aligned with company values.

You will drive on-floor leadership, ensure effective floor coverage, and support merchandising, safety, and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members.
• Create an inclusive environment and culture where people belong and grow.
• Support Store Manager in hiring and building a diverse team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, mentoring, and development check-ins.
• Lead performance management activities and address concerns.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and address guest feedback and escalations.
• Review business data to inform planning and hiring strategies.
• Maintain product presentation and store visuals.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Ensure safe working environment.
