Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor, building and developing a diverse team while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will support the Store Manager in hiring, coaching, and ensuring store standards across merchandising, operations, and safety.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day staff performance, resolving guest issues, and using data to plan staffing and product presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of people management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience managing business operations and projects.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members; foster a respectful and inclusive environment.
• Support Store Manager in hiring and developing a diverse team; provide coaching and feedback.
• Oversee guest experience on the floor; address guest feedback and escalations to make it right.
• Partner with managers to review store data and plan staffing, merchandising, and operations.
