lululemon Athletica is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor, develop a diverse team, and ensure outstanding guest service aligned with company values. You will coach, mentor, and manage performance while coordinating with leadership on store operations and strategy.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience, including experience managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Retail or sales management experience
• Experience recruiting, hiring, or training employees

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members.
• Provide retail floor leadership and ensure efficient floor coverage.
• Resolve guest feedback and address escalations.
• Review business data and metrics (P&L) to inform planning.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Accountable for delegated budget and labor hours.
• Lead a subset of store employees as delegated by Store Manager
