Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including experience managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive, high-performing team environment on the sales floor.
• Provide exceptional guest experience and address escalations to make it right for guests.
• Partner with managers to review store data and inform planning and hiring strategies.
• Open and close the store following procedures and maintain safety policies.
