Job summary

lululemon seeks an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor, develop team members, and ensure a best-in-class guest experience aligned with our values. You will partner with the Store Manager to hire, coach, and maintain an inclusive, high-performing team while driving store operations and merchandising excellence.

You will guide customer engagement, coach staff, and handle in-the-moment decisions to optimize coverage, guest service, and store performance in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

• Lead and develop store team on the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support Store Manager in hiring, coaching, and performance management.
