Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor, build a strong, diverse team, and cultivate an environment where guests feel valued and connected. You will guide team members’ growth while delivering exceptional service aligned with our brand values.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure consistent guest experiences across our stores in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes
• Strong communication and inclusive leadership abilities
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members and create an inclusive team culture.
• Provide retail floor leadership to ensure efficient coverage and guest experience.
• Address guest feedback and escalations, and maintain safety and store procedures.
• Review business data to inform planning, including hiring strategy and budget considerations.
