Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor and develop a diverse team. You will create an inclusive culture, coach team members, and align store operations with company directives to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere. You will partner with the Store Manager to hire, train, and motivate staff, manage performance, and address guest concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience in operations and store administration.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to develop team members and ensure quality guest experience.
• Create an inclusive, supportive team environment and communicate store goals.
• Assist Store Manager in hiring, coaching, and performance development.
• Provide floor leadership for guest experience and product education.
• Address guest feedback and escalations to make it right for guests.
• Partner with managers to review data and plan store operations and staffing.
• Maintain store presentation and product recovery, restock, and merchandising.
