Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills - you are energized by working with people.
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes our culture, values, and mission.
• Customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer; respond to customer needs.
• Bias towards actions - willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• Flexibility to work hours including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilités

• Enthusiastically hire, develop, and lead the team to provide a great guest experience.
• Use tools like P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, Data Central for scheduling and inventory.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory/shipment processes.
• Review store KPIs to identify problems and opportunities and adjust accordingly.
• Manage cash activities for the store, including daily deposits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines by team members at all times.
• Own and promote brand standards in alignment with company vision.
• Ensure store appearance and cleanliness meet brand standards.
• Drive implementation of company programs through action planning and inspiring the team.
• Develop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives and community outreach.
• Recognize and reinforce accomplishments using existing tools and new methods.
