Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in business, hospitality management, or similar field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail customer service setting.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the team to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission.
• Use tools such as P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central scheduling/inventory tools for excellence.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers (inventory management, shipments, etc.).
• Review store environment and KPIs to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage cash activities for the store (daily deposits, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines in the store and for team members.
• Own and promote brand standards in alignment with company vision.
• Ensure store appearance and cleanliness align with brand standards.
• Drive implementation of programs through action planning and inspiring the team.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach initiatives.
• Recognize and reinforce achievements using tools and recognition programs.
