Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the store team to provide a great guest experience.
• Use operational tools to achieve store profitability and scheduling.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory.
• Review KPIs to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Manage cash activities and deposits for the store.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and brand standards.
• Own and promote brand standards and store appearance.
• Drive implementation of company programs and team motivation.
• Develop local store marketing to support brand initiatives.
