Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically hire, develop, and lead the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Use tools like P&L, Daily Business Review, and scheduling to run the store.
• Maintain supplier relationships and inventory planning.
• Review KPIs to identify problems and implement improvements.
• Manage cash activity and deposits with accuracy.
• Ensure food safety compliance across the team and store.
• Uphold brand standards and store appearance consistent with the brand.
• Drive programs and community marketing to support brand initiatives.
• Recognize team achievements and motivate continuous growth.
