The GM will oversee hiring, training, and daily execution to meet brand standards and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and an action-oriented mindset, with flexibility to work varied hours to keep the store running smoothly and drive local marketing

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ managerial or supervisory experience in restaurant or retail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; energized by working with people.
• Integrity, honesty, and alignment with our culture and mission.
• Customer-first attitude; ability to connect with customers and respond to needs.

• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the store team to deliver a great guest experience.

• Drive store marketing plans and community outreach.
