Job summary

Boot Barn in Huntsville, AL seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and build a high‑performing team focused on exceptional customer service. You will partner with district leadership and store support to optimize staffing, training, and profitability while maintaining brand standards.

You will coach staff, analyze trends, and execute community events to grow loyalty and store performance. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2–4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop a training plan for store partners to achieve full competency in product categories.
• Assess localized customer needs and communicate to District Manager.
• Analyze trends to maximize sales and meet key metrics.
• Coach and review sales goals with partners, including on‑floor presence during peak hours.
• Ensure adequate staffing and payroll planning to meet business needs.
• Educate partners on company visual guidelines and merchandise presentation.
• Drive customer engagement through loyalty programs and events.
• Plan and execute local community outreach and experiential events.
