Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Store Manager to lead store partners, drive a service and selling culture, and achieve sales goals while managing staffing, payroll and store operations. This role partners with District & Regional Leadership, HR, and Store Support Center to optimize profitability and guest experience.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, product knowledge across categories, and the ability to coach teams on loyalty programs and local community engagement.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Availability to travel up to 15% to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop training plans and product knowledge across categories including boots, denim, hats, and add-ons.
• Assess localized customer needs and communicate insights to District Manager.
• Analyze business trends and coach teams to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Ensure staffing levels and payroll considerations align with business needs; lead opening and closing procedures.
